Main-chan is starring in this TV drama(and anime).

In English, it seems to be "I! My! Mine!" (current title).

Note the logo behind Main-chan here: http://www.super-vision.co.jp/dvd/mine/

Same logo here, but it is quickly covered by the trailer video frame, so reload page to check it: http://www.konami.jp/products/main/index.html

Game internal name is: IMYMINE

I think "Mine" is used in english logo to avoid misreading of character name. It sounds like english "Mine" and not like english "Main".

My English is unskilled. There might be an impolite expression and a strange sentence.

It is clear that this title is a title that parodies I! My! (Me) Mine!.
However, I think that this is a title that gives the meaning of both Main-chan and mine.
I think the title of the pun by Main-chan and mine.

アイ!マイ!まいん!

Moreover, please note that the part of まいん is a hiragana.
In this case, it is a title to emphasize the name of a person when まいん(Main-chan/mine) is a hiragana though アイ(I) and マイ(My) are katakanas.

In this case, main.html is not a meaning of the main(English).
Please confirm other link addresses of a left menu.
This is a contents(program title) name.

Main-chan is employed in official URL.

Both of official main-chan is used.
Moreover, I think that it is appropriately expressible to give priority to the name of a person in this case.
It is natural for the spelling to use Main because Main-chan is Japanese.

'Mine' is used in the game.

I'm not using the URL text in my previous post as argument, but the images there. Even on your official NHK link you can see that "Mine" is used on logo behind the girl, on the picture

And what I say is that "Mine" in logo is not used for its english meaning, but probably for its english reading, which matches correct japanese reading of "まいん".

I completely agree that "まいん" should be romanized as "Main" because that's the character name. It's just that show's english logo officially uses "Mine".
