what happens with the rom of Tsumi to Batsu - Hoshi no Keishousha (Virtual Console) that comes with the Menus in English

The VC extracted rom is unchanged from the Japanese original, the emulator is patching the menus in real-time, so there really isn't a rom you can grab from this that would be helpful.
