The correct title is "Junior Wort-Quiz, Das". There is no subtitle in there (see boxart). It wouldn't make sense too as "Das" is the article of "Wort-Quiz", not of "Junior".

at boxart i see two different blocks: "das junior" & "wort-quiz".
also internal game name: "Das Junior-Wort-Quiz".

no, there's no two parts on the box art, in fact the manual & spine drop the artsy writing of the front cover completely and have a plain text "Das Junior Wort-Quiz". Plus, see my explanation about the correct German grammar. Also, if that's not good enough:
