Needs the series prefix: "Zennou Series Vol. 03 - ".
However, I propose you revise these three (0543 & 2087) to "Zen Nou Series Vol.0x - ".
全 脳 (Zen Nou) roughly translates to something like "Whole Brain"/"All Brain"/"Full Brain" which would suggest two words. If you use this suggestion, then remember all uses of "Zennou" in the dat.
I've also removed the space after "Vol." because this is how it looks on the box.

1. Series title addition: Ok.
2. 全脳 is "Zennou" or "Zen Nou": I'm not sure, opinions would be appreciated. You are right, the specific kanji combo 全脳 doesn't appear to be a common "one word" like "Zenin", "Zenkoku" or "全能" (almighty, omnipotent, also "Zennou").
"Zen" can be name or prefix. I think here is a prefix for "Brain", something like "All-Brain", thus creating a "title" for JinJin ("All-Brain JinJin") or the series itself. So I would keep it as "Zennou". I'm not really sure, but "Zen" seems to be used as a prefix much like "Dai" is.
3. Vol. spacing: There are 82 titles using "Vol." and all of them feature a space after it in the DAT. Could you help listing which ones require/ don't a space (whichever list is shorter).
Note that I would keep the space: it improves readability and I'm pretty sure the space removal in boxarts is due to japanese spacing rules, which we virtually ignore when transliterating.

I hadn't realised you didn't have a 'standard' for the spacing after the use of vol/. My suggestion was just regarding those 3 in the series as above.
Looking through your dat though, I now see what you mean. However, I don't agree with your reasoning behind the Japanese naming and adding a space. You can clearly see the use of spacing in for example the boxarts of "Simple DS Series Vol.X", there is no space used before the number (X). The same also applies to "Puzzle Series Vol.X" but since you're not implementing them, I haven't looked/checked for the rest.
One you might want to revise the naming of though is "Gamics Vol. 1". I think they should all be "Gamics Series Vol. 1". None of my boxarts are accurate enough to translate, but many sites (including the ROM header) use "Gamicsシリーズ Vol.1".

2. Awaiting for opinions, but I suggest keeping it as "Zennou".
3. Rejected. To clarify my point of view consider this recent title:
3403 - Machi no Pet-ya-san DS 2 - Wan Nyan 333-Hiki Daishuugou! (Japan)
Now from Nintendo (http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ds/software/c3wj/index.html) and boxart:
まちのペット屋さんDS2 ～ワンニャン333匹 大集合！～
Note "DS2" and not "DS 2" is arbitrarily used in japanese title. You'll agree we should not use "DS2", and I'm pretty sure there are quite some examples of this before. The same reasoning can thus be applied to spacing in "Vol." titles.

I forgot the "Gamics" issue.
Boxart reads "Gamics" and below this "ゲーミックス" which transliterates into... "Gamics". There's no "Series" on boxart.
The funny part is that I can't find "Vol. 1" (or "Vo. 1" as it reads on Nintendo site) either. Since "Gamics" alone seems then more like a "brand" remark, I've decide to remove the whole "Gamics Vol. 1" thing from all titles.

I never found the use of Vol. on the box either. I only suggested adding 'Series' because whenever I was stuck on resolving naming, I would utilise what was used in the ROM and verify with developers/publishers. This http://www.asnetworks.jp/product.html was useless though.

Regarding spacing, yes it's pretty immaterial, but at least it's noted.
If you search the net though, there are many variants on the use of these 'Series' titles spacing. As another example, I found your use of "1500 DS Spirits" in the dat, while many sites (and as per the look on the box), omit the space between 1500 & DS. http://www.tasuke-net.com/business_g.html shows that your use is correct though. ;)
Either way, it's your call. :)
