Strictly, it should be:

2478 - Hello Kitty - Panda Sports Stadium (Japan)

The "no" particle isn't used on boxart.

Most title name includes 'no'.
official announcement, boxart(side), in-game(isn't title screen),...

Yes, that's why I decided to post the issue, to ask for opinion. I think we should be strict here. Consistancy is quality.

Note that other "Hello Kitty" games which use the "no" particle actually display it on the boxart.
