Pier Solar (beta) in MD P/C not present in standard DAT

In the Sega Mega Drive P/C Dat, You find:

Pier Solar and the Great Architects (World) (En,Fr,De) (Rev A) (Unl)
Pier Solar and the Great Architects (World) (Beta) (Unl)
Pier Solar and the Great Architects (World) (En,Fr,De) (Rev B) (Unl)
Pier Solar and the Great Architects (World) (En,Es,Pt) (Rev C) (Unl)

But in the standard Datset version of Sega Mega Drive, the (Beta) version isen't present?

It is marked as "physical=0" which will only make it show when you customize the dat and set it to "physical=all".

As for why it is set this way are whether it is correct for it to be so, I cannot answer either.
