Should Test Cartridges be added to the database?

Is information about Nintendo Test cartridges something that should be added to the No-Intro database?

I have access to some GBA, NDS and Gameboy Test cartridges and the means to dump them.

Yes. These fit under the scope of No-Intro and there are definitely people interested in these.
