The R in Act*R*aiser (Japan) should be capitalized for consistency. Just a nit.

According to JPN boxart (http://www.gamefaqs.com/snes/563502-actraiser/images/box-4533) current title is correct.

To be consistent with this, ActRaiser 2 EUR has to be changed to "Actraiser 2", according to this boxart:
