Param.sfo in update folder is the only way to establish if is a psn or psp release.
Param.sfo in psn roms has zero byte, param.sfo in psp roms has not zero byte but more.

They have in update folder param.sfo = 0
but i see the serials of this games in UMD_DATA.BIN and are
UCJX-90030
ULES-01298
ULUS-10484
The serials start with U when psn releases start with N

So param.sfo = 0 but serials don't seem psn releases
