This rom has the same crc of 0026 - BreakQuest (Europe), so unite this two roms with the name "BreakQuest (Usa, Europe)".
If the renaming is correct you should add in the standard dat page a new region "USA, Europe".
(This rom has the same crc also in the scene dat before with the name "[2009-10-02] Mini_Game_Pack_USA_PSN_PSP-TR_04" and then with name "[2009-10-11] BreakQuest_EUR_PSN_PSP-pSyPSP)".
