I started a discussion with Hiccup about the current way labels are being used for cart based systems and opened a new ticket in the NES section to explain my thoughts. I think the (Pirate) label should not mixed with Unlicensed because it takes away the meaning of how it was used during the console lifespan. If you get a chance, once my ticket is approved, please look at it and chime in.

I've attached a screenshot of the current flags. I do wonder if (Unl) should be paired with (Pirate) to make it clearer. But maybe its fine how it is.

I looked at the picture, noted the distinction of (Pirate) titles being "no" for Licensed. Odd how Pirate titles aren't being excluded from the generated DAT if selecting Licensed from the License section the way that Homebrew titles are now being excluded from it.
