@Roo DAT "splits" are somewhat based on software compatibility. In this case, Aleck64 games don't work on a normal Nintendo 64, so I think the split makes sense there. I guess emulators switch into an Aleck64 mode based on a ROM list/heuristics.

@Hiccup does Aleck64 really need its own dat? Including it in the N64 dat with the Aleck64 label should be sufficient and modern N64 emu can run them. Just a thought. Thank you
