According to MAME, the ROM size of this cart is 12K:

The data in this 16K ROM appears to be garbage starting at offset 0x3000

Talk about coincidence, unless you happened to see my discussions elsewhere online! I've been doing some deep research on this after confirming this on Lock 'N' Chase and Dungeons and Dragons with two dumping devices, and verifying the chip dat sheets in size. I also got in touch with one of the 2 person team that did the dumps back in the 90s, and confirmed with them that 12kb ROMs were handled this way.
I'll be updating these hopefully within the next few days.
