On what thoughts/facts do we/you decide whether you fill it with 00 or FF ??
Both are fillers so infact doesn't matter which you choose, but both give a different CRC.

using FatV8 I got this crc: 68ae6d91
using Coolhj's tool and filling with 00 I got this crc: 14a28d68

skybaby's intro remover fills with FF/00 depending on the padding at the end of the rom.

Of course crc 14A28D68 is correct.
Maybe the next version of my tool can automatic detect what value(00 ro FF) to be paded.

Um, could someone please just post an .ips file to remove the intro? I don't know which tool you are referring to or how to use it. Thanks!

Use "GBA Tool Advance" can do it. (Tool by coolhj)
In "GBATA" program use "Intro Remover" functions
choose fill with "00s" or "FFs" > click "Remove"

GBA Tool Advance is a gba rom tool with the functions below.
1.Header Viewer
2.Intro Remover
3.Overdump Fixer
4.Logo Fixer
5.Intro Drawer
6.IPS Patcher
7.SRAM Patcher (EEPROM_V111 format not supported yet)

Thanks for the tip. Again, I have no idea how to tell whether a rom "ends" with OOs or FFs, so I'll rely on what is posted on these boards.

You can use "UltraEdit-32" (HEX Editor) open the *.gba roms files find the roms "ends"
