Shouldn't crc 220ccf25 "Jimmy Neutron vs. Jimmy Negatron (Germany) (Beta)" be the same title as crc 3690c0fd, i.e. "Adventures of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius vs. Jimmy Negatron, The (Germany) (Beta)"?

While there is a boxart for 3690c0fd, there isn't for the beta, so we follow titlescreen. I don't have access to the beta to confirm, but current title for the beta matches titlescreen for the retail.
