No intro did cut the rom before. But I remember that 1MB rom will not run in real gba only 4MB rom will run. So no intro reverted back to the 4MB copy again. So cut it again ?

You must provide specific facts. Early versions of games used 8 Mbit chips, some of the latest ones use 32 Mbit chips.
