One issue when comparing to N64 standard dat:

Taz Express (USA) (Proto) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned to it, only points to its EUR parent

This was my message from the SNES section:

"The protos don't have regions assigned because they were never actually released in those regions. Historically at No-Intro it's been that way. Possible we may change it, though."

Someone else should be the judge. I don't want it to be me. ;P
