Hm. The title screen has that line (forgot what it's called) over the top of the "o", indicating a hold on the syllable. That should make it either Ishidou or Ishidoo depending on your interpretation.
Do you have any pictures of the manual? Does it also have that line over the "o"?

If I choose either Ishido.
However Japan and USA Game Boy version is Ishido.
I think better to unify the notation and Game Boy version.

I think this is unnecessary.
The certainty in ototo data is the only side A.
RomChecker was denied the match of the current CRC(982C4B57).
I think to a database of RomChecker and FDS Study Database ver.2016 can trust.
However these are not perfect.
Modification of side B should be cautious.
