Hash value mysteriously changed in database?

For the rom "Jingorou (Japan) (Unl)", the hashes seem to have changed to those for the HEADERED file. My copy (with header) has

MD5 = 004A26A5DC6BC1B212FFA5B88C505CCB

but without header it is

MD5 = 3536C5A5569FBBC8EE92303B26265122

Shouldn't the latter value be the one in the database here? The revision history shows that it WAS, but for some reason it isn't now?
