This game is the Japanese region version of "High Seas Havoc" and the entire story/cut scenes are in Japanese. There is English for "Start" and "Game Over" though. Otherwise this game is fully in Japanese.

There is English inside the game. You just need to change country flag to USA or Europe in emulator (or just insert your Japanese cartridge in Genesis).
