No Intro: "Spider-Man and X-Men - Arcade's Revenge (USA)"

Should this be a (USA, EUROPE) region? Surely this game was popular enough that a European-Only Dump would exist by now? It was definitely released there:

The header is U-only and we have no redump from No-Intro members. I guess we could use Cowering info here and label it Europe too, no problem.

A redump would still be the ideal solution.
