I got a few Gameboy Advance e-Cards in *.e+ format and would like to convert them into the format used by the No-Intro set, i.e. a pair of *.bin and *.raw files.
Any hints how this can be accomplished?

*.e+ is the scene extension for the .sav format.
you need to download the .bin and .raw ..

Do understand this right that there is no way to convert between .e+ and .raw/.bin?
Any hints what Google keywords might give an interesting result?
