This game takes place on Coolmint Island. The title references this fact; "Tou" is not a separate word, it's part of Coolmint. Hence, the correct title is as follows:

On further reflection, the intended reading is more likely "Coolmintou", a portmanteau of "Coolmint" and "tou", "island".
