Something when wrong when this was updated using XML style DATs. Version 20170318-001230. Check it yourself if you don't believe me. Copy any SHA1 checksum from this Dat and search the NES TOSEC dat. You won't find it in there. Do an actual checksum on any NES game in a previously known kosher No-Intro set and it won't match.

Here is a 6 month version of the No-Intro NES dat. These checksum values are all correct.

We get this all the time here. I thank you for your concern, but this is really an old matter. I don't want to seem rude. I know how easy it is to appear as a jerk on the internet. So I apologize for my bluntness here.

No-Intro is correct. The one you linked to is wrong. The reason is because the one you linked to includes headers in the calculations. No-Intro does not include headers as they aren't a part of the original game files.

One flaw I perceive is the modern lack of a RomCenter option in the dats. Perhaps the one dat can have links to both the CLRMAME and RomCenter plugins. I don't think it would mess anything up to have both plugin links in there.

Okay so yes you're right my files do have headers. I apologize. But please understand the No-Intro dat of 9/27/2016 which I linked to contains the checkums with headers. And I never ran into this until I downloaded the lastest dats from your site a few weeks ago.
