When verifying the MD5 hash from the latest no-intro romset using FCIV, the MD5 comes out as: 50702dda9d66d1836ecbba8433c11d8d

Which game are you referring to?

Nesguy means "Al Unser Jr. Turbo Racing (USA)" according to my research.

Regardless, the claim is incorrect. The game has the correct MD5. Please mind the header, nesguy. With header it has the MD5 you state. You need to calculate without headers for correct hashes.
