A few issues when comparing to NES standard dat:
Earth Bound (USA) (Proto) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned to it, only points to its JPN parent
Hard Drivin' (USA) (Proto) (Unl) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned to it
Mr. Gimmick (USA) (Proto) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned to it, only points to its EUR parent
Super Pitfall II (USA) (Proto) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned to it, only points to its JPN parent
War on Wheels (USA) (Proto) - Doesn't have a USA region assigned to it

This was my message from the SNES section:
"The protos don't have regions assigned because they were never actually released in those regions. Historically at No-Intro it's been that way. Possible we may change it, though."
Someone else should be the judge. I don't want it to be me. ;P

I assigned Hard Drivin' and War on Wheels to be the USA PARENT because they were the only ones in their groups. There was no reason to not do it.

That makes sense. I'll keep that in mind when going through other systems. I thought it might be the case since most of these were protos, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks for getting through all these P/C issues I put up so quickly.
