There is a "Rev B" ROM with playable Alfredo, Jigsaw, and other bug fixes. Is that a good dump, or just a hack? The MD5 is D71EDBE0E936DFD26534B6C3E03FBDFC.

A cartridge labeled "REV B" you mean?
I only know youtuber Cygnus Destroyer aka LJN Defender did a review of the game and included a shot of his REV B cart in the video.
