Are roms from Castlevania Anniversary Collection any different?

The roms extracted from the collection have different database names than the original dumps. Is it just to differentiate them or are there any actual content differences?

Having a different hash means has different data... probably the changes are minor, could be a copyright edit, censorship (like the removal of nazi symbol in kid dracula), or reduce the flashing effects due epilepsy related laws.

Yes, from what I managed to gather, Konami removed "licensed by Nintendo" from all the title screens.
