What is your policy with Japanese names that have the game's title in English and in Japanese?

Because the Famicom game Bloody Warriors, has both the name and subtitle in English on the game box. On the title screen, only the main title is in English though.

If you go by box names, then change:

Bloody Warriors - Shan-Go no Gyakushuu
--> Bloody Warriors: Shan-Go Troop Strikes Back!

Current title is correct according to our standards. It follows boxart and Japanese title is used.
