Despite the Engrish on the English portion of the box, this is most certainly meant to be "Convoy no Nazo". That is, Convoy instead of Comvoy. Convoy is the original Japanese name for Optimus Prime, and he turned into a semi truck. The name Convoy was meant to be the English word, defined as such:
A group, as of ships or motor vehicles, traveling together with a protective escort or for safety or convenience.
Often used to describe a group of semi trucks such as the type Convoy/Prime transforms into.
And of course, because No-Intro uses the Japanese title, I think the "Mystery of Comvoy" part should be ignored anyway.
