SNES Central indicates that there are three variants of M.A.C.S.

MACS Multipurpose Arcade Simulator version 1.1e
MACS Moving Target Simulator
MACS Basic Rifle Marksmanship Program Version 1994.0

Screenshots of MACS Multipurpose Arcade Simulator version 1.1e are shown on the webpage. Only MACS Basic Rifle Marksmanship Program Version 1994.0 is in the No-Intro database.

Further investigation needs to be performed to ensure that all three roms are present in the database.

We'd love to have those in the database. Money is the obstacle here, though. The games aren't dumped yet. Those games tend to be expensive and maybe rare, so we don't know when it'll happen.
