The original 永遠のフィレーナ is a novel written by 首藤剛志/Takeshi Shudo.
It was also sold as an animation.
Perhaps Filena is a fansub and is not an official notation.
I think wikipedia(en) is also wrong.
I think that "Eternal Filena" is someone's translation and "Filerna, Forever" is the official English title (or translation).
Either way all genuine products should not exist in all 永遠のフィレーナ other than Japan.

I have not confirmed it though there may be anime and novel that licensed it outside of Japan.
At least anime artwork posters and in-game notation are Filerna.
