According to game box info the title need to be renamed to:

Speed Racer (preferred one variant)

or

Speed Racer - in My Most Dangerous Adventures

Here's some evidence furthering your message:

If you look at the game's cartridge, the supposed subtitle isn't there. The side of the box also only says "Speed Racer". The compilation with the Mountain Bike Rally game lacks the subtitle even on the box.
