This is not just France version as seen by two verified dump at this moment.
The game is fully in English.
I think we need to chnge in this way:
Val d'Isere Championship (Europe) (Alt 1)
or maybe
Val d'Isere Championship (Europe) (Rev A) - but we need to prove this from PCB chips first

As you can see, the cartridge has the french "Fabriqué au Japon" and the box has the french "Danger Epilepsie" warning. Both of these mentions were mandatory by France laws. So I'd say SNSP-8Z-EUR was definately sold in France.
Besides both cart and box have loriciel AND mindscape logos".
So SNSP-8Z-EUR is actually France release sold only in France, and SNSP-8V-XXX is European releases sold Europe-wide. It's a very strange situation!
We need to interchange both regions!!!

I don't think they had to add french legal mentions for Switzerland or any sovereign Nation other than France.
Several things are odd about this game releases anyway. The game has 3 IDs:
8V: France
8Z: Europe
XS: USA & Japan
I don't know any other occurence of a triple snes ID. Maybe the original devlopers could answer this mystery. If you feel motivated enough to ask you can contact them in a french website (yes they're French)".

Anyway I found the way out ))
After comparing two files in Hex editor I found versions builds there:
France (old data) version: 17.11.1993 (SNSP-8V-FAH, SNSP-8V-SCN)
Europe version: 03.05.1994 (SNSP-8Z-EUR)
So now we can proof that Europe version is a 1.1 version, and France version is just an early Europe version 1.0
