No-Intro currently lists Tecmo Super NBA Basketball (US) with two entries:
3734: Tecmo Super NBA Basketball (US)
3003: Tecmo Super NBA Basketball (USA) (Alt 1)
After discussion on tcrf Discord, it appears that 3003 should be called "Tecmo Super NBA Basketball (US)" while entry 3734 should be called "Tecmo Super NBA Basketball (US) (Rev 1)".
The main difference between the two is that rev0 has Michael Jordan, while rev1 does not. The internal SNES NA release spreadsheet also calls SPAL-XM-0 "(WITH MICHAEL JORDAN)" and has a release date of March 24, 1993. Meanwhile Rev1 is SPAL-NA-0 and released June 11, 1993.

Both ROMs have their own serial. The new release is not a new revision of the old serial. In these cases we have for other systems used the serial as a differentiator.
