I was made aware that this particular rom image had become lost. I am providing a dump to you so that you may include it in your super Nintendo set, I am the owner of one of the three original cartridges.

Thank you guys very much for the work you've done through the years.

Can you please tell me if you have the PowerFest '94 both the 10,000 and 1,000,000 point versions? I have both of them so if they are not in your set I can release those as well.

Please note there are two physical versions of this cart. One in Super Famicom Format with the generic title screen of "1992 Nintendo Challenge" (this is the one i released) and one in the Super Nintendo Format with the "1992 Campus Challenge" title screen. Other then the different title screens the games are exactly the same. All they did was switch out the chip for the title screen. The game chips are the same ones that were used in the 1992 Campus Challenge.

They did this as they repurposed this particular cartridge for a 2nd competition where they had the winner of japan competition face off against the 92 campus challenge winner for a global competition. So they changed the title screen. You can read the details here :

https://snescentral.com/article.php?id=0790

Also, I have access to the original campus challenge title screen if thats desired. The above url goes into details how a member patched the original 'campus challenge' title screen back into the rom.

Thanks for your guys efforts through the years!

Hi

So this is dump info on your cart, or another one? Are those photos of the actual cart that was dumped? Also, do you have info on the specific software and configuration that was used with the EEPROM reader (just so it can be double-checked)?

Re. the other ROMs you mentioned - we don't have trusted/verified dumps for any of those.

Thanks again

Yes the dump info is for my cart and yes the pictures are of the cart that was dumped. I did ask for more specifics from the dumper Rick however he does not have any more details other than what I have given you.

I'm in the middle of a move and I can't find the cartridge in the dozens of 40 gallon tubs I have packed so it's going to take time for me to locate it and then I can take pictures of the actual eproms themselves.

Let me get those other ROMs for you and get them submitted. Unfortunately I won't have a lot of the info requested for those versions as they were dumped a long time ago from an undisclosed party.

Okay, thanks for the clarification.

Great to have this dumped, thanks again for releasing this. Turns out the checksums in your first picture do match, but would still be great to get good quality pictures of all sides of the PCB and cart, when you are able to find the cart.
