It seems that any patch smaller then 100kb is a hacked UMD version to look like a PSN version.

The Shin_Master_of_Monsters_Final_EX_JPN_PSP-Caravan patch at 136k seems
to be the smallest patch that produces a eboot.bin that is different from the UMD version.

It looks like only ~40 of the 134 patches are highly likely to be actual valid PSN releases.
