I think this is the eshop download naming.
Assuming this is the same cart, the naming should be:
Jewel Link - Legends of Atlantis 3D

Maybe each region has its own naming?
I based the naming on this boxart: http://imgur.com/x0nvQnf
This rom serial is AJ5X, the boxart you linked might the AJ5P version?

I see, yes it makes more sense assuming the 'P' version has the same languages. Otherwise naming would have to include the different publishers 'Rondomedia' and 'GSP'. I just thought No-Intro always used the same 'euro' naming if the P,X,Y,Z games were all multi languages.
If your naming is right, then I think a hyphen is needed though. So:
Jewel Master - Atlantis 3D ?
I'll let you decide and close the discussion. :)
...and thanks to yourself and all others keeping on top of this flood of releases!

Quote: No-Intro naming convention (section 2.1.2 Priority)
Titles should be primary named after the publisher’s released title (box title).
Sometimes the screen title can be more relevant or complete than the box title.
In that case the title may be named after the screen title or a mix of the two.
If box and screen titles are totally different, the box title is preferred.
Only one title is used even if the game contains multiple titles or is released
with different titles in multiple regions. In that case the priority is in this
order: US English title, Europe English title, Japanese title and rest.
---
Since 3DS Rom dumps can't be used at the moment we can't check the title screen,
(unless someone with the official cart can take a cart and title screen photo)
Note that my boxart has the USK rating logo on it which is used in Germany.
Your boxart has the PEGI rating logo which is used in Europe (the P serial
version?), since ABSTRAKT have dumped a number of German games, i'd say
its highly likely that this game is from Germany.
I've added the dash to the name and I'm going to leave this topic open.
and thanks for naming fixes :)
