if possible, could you provide this additional info about the ROM:
* The bytes at 0x312 in the ROM
* The sha256 of the ROM
* The name and version of the tool/method use to make the dump.
* photos or scans of the back and front of the cart and box
** or if you can't take photos/scans, then please transcribe the serials + barcodes from the cart and box
* the CTR00000000 code that is written on the "GAMECART" folder's name in the GodMode9 menu

Method of dumping was using GodMode9 1.9.1 on a New 3DS XL.
1. I selected the 000400000009C000_v01.3ds file
2. NCSD image options... -> Decrypt file (0:/gm9/out)
3. NCSD image options... -> Encrypt file (0:/gm9/out)

Code on the front of the cart is LNA-CTR-AMTP-UKV
Unique serial on the back of the cart is AMTPX31150

Codes on the back of the box:

I also dumped the following 140 carts from my physical collection using the same method. I can confirm that they matched successfully with the decrypted DAT checksums. You could possibly mark them as verified if you wish to believe a random person on the internet :-). The only cart that was missing was the aforementioned rev 1 of Devil Survivor Overclocked.

I'll probably add the Devil Survivor Overclocked EUR Rev 1 as-is, but if you could provide photos for that, plus the others, it would be helpful in verifying your data. It may be possible to photograph or scan them in bulk if you have a good camera or a scanner. The boxes are optional if you want to skip those.
